The L-EID Lab™ is an introspective experience for white leaders looking to deepen their understanding of racism and engage in the work of becoming leaders of equity and inclusion initiatives. During this 10-week program, participants will have space to advance their understanding of racism, white-centeredness and develop their plan for building anti-racist, equitable and inclusive organizations.
