The L-EID Lab™ is an introspective experience for White leaders looking to deepen their understanding of racism and engage in the work of becoming leaders of equity initiatives. During the 8-week program, participants will have space to advance their understanding of racism, white-centeredness and develop their plan for building anti-racist organization.

Ideal for small group education and beginning the organizational work of increasing equity, inclusion and diversity, a customized seminar that increases understanding, explores barriers to belonging, and creates a path forward for teams.
